Accommodation

The participants will have the full board accommodation, in double or single rooms, at the school, located in the Centre Jean Bosco The accommodation will be available from Sunday July 8th in the afternoon, until July 16th in the morning (lunch will be served on this last day).
Note that the tea/coffee breaks, lunches and dinners are served at fixed times that should be strictly and accurately respected.
There will always be a choice of different dishes, but anyone having special requirement (diet or allergies), shall contact us, so that we can arrange a proper solution.
The Wifi will be available at any time.

It will be possible to stay in the school on the 16th evening, paying the extra night, and after contacting us to reserve.

Reaching the school

The address of Centre Jean Bosco is: 14 rue Roger Radisson - 69005 LYON.

From the airport, the most convenient is to take the airport shuttle, Rhône Express. The single way ticket costs 16.10 € (return ticket for 27.8 €; for over 25), and it shall be bought before boarding (it is more expensive if taken on board). It can be paid by card or cash, or online before reaching Lyon (it is then cheaper, and even cheaper if you take it long before). The shuttle are leaving every 15 minutes and reach the train station of Lyon Part-Dieu in 30 minutes.

Lyon Part-Dieu is the main train station, where the trains from Paris or Lyon arrive. It is connected to the metro, tram and bus network. The tickets can be bought from machines in the stations (using cash or card; there are different options, including a single ticket, set of 10 tickets, or special tickets valid for one, two or three day. The basic tickets are valid for one-hour after being validated in the metro or bus, and can be re-used when you connect to another bus. In one hour, it is possible to go almost ever ywhere on the network. To go from Part-Dieu to the school takes 30 to 40 minutes, detailed instructions are here.
